Research seminar - Bruce Schneier

Imagine a future where AI systems act as hackers themselves…

More than one hundred people gathered at the MIL Campus of the Université de Montréal to attend the conference by Bruce Schneier, in addition to over 400 participants online!

Our speaker highlighted a pillar of the CIA triad that is often underestimated: Integrity. In the context of the widespread use of AI, Bruce Schneier emphasized the need to fundamentally rethink this critical dimension.

His insights sparked many engaging discussions, both during the Q&A session and at the networking cocktail that followed.

We warmly thank Bruce Schneier for his thought-provoking presentation, as well as all participants for the quality of the exchanges.

This event was organized in collaboration with the Centre interuniversitaire de criminologie comparée, the Centre de recherche en droit public, the Chaire L.R. Wilson, and the Maison des affaires publiques et internationales.
